it's just my sinus draining

right now it's just annoying, hopefully it wont get worse and block my nostrils.

We have this client at work that just suddenly switch. Before, he was one of the nice people, an idiot but a nice one(which reminds me, how did such an idiot get a job like his?) now he's an asshole AND an idiot. Now he questions everything I say like I don't know what I'm talking about. I have to constantly get my manager to repeat exactly what I just told him. Case in point, tonight he called, his dsl modem is auto rebooting and he's getting an attitude as in it's our fault. And I'm like its either a power or modem fault, he's like no it's a line fault. WTF? And he's totally disregarding all my troubleshooting suggestions as if I'm an idiot. So I put him on hold, consulted with another tech who agreed with me, after I told him this he finally backs down. Whatever, all the extra things I used to do for him, I'm done now.

Brock trashed the house today, came home and stuff was all over the place. You know it's bad when mom gives him the eye.

Today, I'm one step closer to my Nokia N95 :) Can't wait to get my hands on that phone!

I gots the sniffles

Ive been sneezing and sniffling since evening, just great. Hopefully it doesn't get any worse but I doubt it.

Miss Bev's funeral is next Sunday, not sure how I'm going to reach, hopefully they'll have a bus.

Tomorrow I'm going broke, not really, I'm gonna be diversifying my assets, lol. And it's scary, I don't like where it is currently because of the sucky ass returns but it's safer there. But I have to do this, I want to have some security in life and not have lack of money be a reason for me to not do what I want or need to do.

day off

came home last night throat hurt, head pounding and went to bed. I couldn't even finish my shift last night, it hurt too much to speak. Woke up this morning, head hurt less, voice gone so no work for me. I slept, bathed Brock not too good cuz my head hurt more when I bend over. I'll bathe him again on Friday if I still have it off.

being sick sucks

last night outta nowhere my throat starts hurting and little after my head started and my temp went higher. Had some ginger tea with honey felt better for five minutes. Then I decided to go to bed cuz normally I'm fine morning after, no such luck woke up late, Brock woke me, my throat still hurt and my head still ached. Mom made me some onion tea which made me feel better for awhile but by this evening my voice is going. It hurts to speak and I sound horrid. I'm soo not coming to work tomorrow.

people are getting married everywhere I turn, friend of a friend got married recently, ex-coworker is getting married, co-worker got married Saturday, my manager is gonna propose when his girl gets back. it's all just fucking depressing.

but all that is drivel doesn't compare to what's happening in Virginia. My prayers go out to all those who are affected by the senseless act of violence.

Jazz is better

She's not in pain anymore and her blood count or something is up.

I know she can hardly wait to get home. She's gotten a lot of injections, her arms look like a heroin addict's.

...random fact: you know when you feel sick and you have no appetite? It's not really a bad thing, sometimes when you're sick food stresses your system more. Prolly should take that with a grain a salt since I got it from a med student not a doc...

She's still trying to outsmart the nurses, most of whom are onto her games.

Up until today I was really worried. Last night I bit all my nails, yes my acrylic nails. Had to cut them when I got home. Was thinking of taking a break from them anyways.

Jazz is back in the hospital. On their way into town the ambulance had an accident and Jackie was hurt. Hopefully it's nothing serious, since shes walking around but they're gonna do x-rays to make sure. I didn't get to see Jazz tonight but maybe tomorrow.

yesterday was a good day

migraine aside. At least I got some sleep and spent a lot of time with Brock.

Went food shopping for him yesterday with Gregory and met up with Craig at MegaMart. Ive forgotten how great it is to hang with those two together. Craig drove Greg's car to help him figure what's wrong with it, next thing I know, we're dropping off someone in HWT and then I'm inside Asylum. Haven't been there in ages. It's changed, its now got dancing cages.

K had called she was in the hospital, she thought it was appendicitis turns out it isn't. They don't know what but she has more tests to do on Monday. Hope they find whatever it is and it's curable.

Found a vet for Brock, within Portmore. Craig's gonna take me Thursday for his first appointment. He's outside playing with Rog atm, not a care in the world. When I found the vet today I fot flea & tick powder for him, and came home and powdered him and he was miserable. The powder apparently works and make the parasites more active. He was getting miserable so I took him outside to brush him and he felt better and he went and got himself stuck behind some blocks, such a baby.

fucking thieves, I just heard some piece shit trying to steal some of blocks, then he acts like he's slick when I come out....

There was a fire at work today, a little one. Electrical, something to do with the A/C. The smoke jus made my headache and nausea worst. So I called Rog to come take my computer and took everything out front with me.

Then like a hour after I got real sick, I called Gregory and was like, I can't stay till 10 tonight and he was like ok, so I came home early.

Oh yeah, Greg picked up his license today, so he should find it easier to get the car from his mom now. we'll see.

hmm, there's something else...oh yeah. I need a new job. This one is getting to me and as much as I like my independence and have bills to pay I would prolly still quit. The cons are starting to seriously outweigh the pros of this job.

had a little scare

so I had barely woke up when Greg calls to tell me K passes out and was in the hospital. So I rushed and went to see her. She had gastroenteritis, they had put her on a drip and took some blood but the released her with a strict diet and bed rest orders.

Finished Crick, Crack, Monkey, think I'm gonna follow Kleo and use my Vox as a book review. Vox has a pretty nifty cross post to LJ feature but none for Blogger. So I may just post a link to Blogger or not at all. Now to decide my next book.

finally

washed my hair, took me all damn day but yeah, it's clean.

Woke up with terrible gas, guess its cuz I ate so badly yesterday but I woke up with this sharp pain in my stomach drank several cups of tea to no avail. I just ate something so I should be good.

I'm currently downloading Suse 10.1, bye bye Ubuntu, it's been fun but I feel for something new. I may do it Wednesday, maybe I should wait for the weekend but who knows, I may even do it tonight.

work tomorrow :( I was just getting used to not going there but I gotta go back, got bills to pay.

lol, some ppl tried to scam me today, some 3 card people. I'm walking by and this lady grabs my hand and is like she's betting $500 on me and some guy points my finger to the right card and they shove the $500 in my hand, then homeboy is all like, I'm betting $1000 dollars that you pick the right one. And me like an idiot, instead of walking away with the $500, I put it on the table and left. Prolly was fake anyways.
