the opposition party just had a long ass motorcade through my neighborhood. It's not even election year. It was really long, them in their green shirts piled in cars, trucks and buses. Nice to see they have something to do with their Sunday.

I've got Xilisoft Video Converter, a great all-in-one video converter. I can convert my music vids and tv shows and put them on my ipod :) Life is good.

Came home to a power cut last night. Spoke with Rog on the phone to pass time then light came back. I dunno how I would've slept in that heat.

What did I do today? More "secret project" work. And I realized today I had more work than I orginally thought but it's all good. There is no rush but I'd like it done so I can get to working on current stuff.

My dog longing has returned. It's so bad now that I'd settle for a toy dog. LOL, I'd really like a Jack Russell Terrier. Fuck it. I'm gonna really start look for a small-medium dog that I can get or buy.

My fucking uncle choked my cousin. this grown ass man chiking a little kid. And he just acts like he's bull buck and duppy conqueror and I hate it. I hate that one day someone is gonna stop him from doing his usual crazy shit and get sent to jail. Why can't he buy bad drugs and die or jus OD. that's one funeral I know I'd be glad for. And yes, I know how that sounds but when you have a psycho drug addict who fully recognizes that they have a problem and just plain doesn't give a fuck, come talk to me.

Hmm, Ive been thinking about getting my own domain. Don't ask me why. It's not like I have anything to put on there. My art, lol. My fiction, riiight. Maybe fanlistings, I'm really loving Eureka and Psych. Gus(Psych) deserves a FL, he's hilarious. But I'm too lazy to make graphics and do coding and stuff. Which is really sad, since I do have the time and opportunity. But I'm working on it, really.

kfc's curry crunch, and it's not bad still not better than bbq and hot & spicy but its better than the blandnes that's original so I'll go with it once in awhile.

So far so good with the new ipod. I should get one of those ipod video converters so I can watch my tv shows or wat not on it.

Venture Bros = greatness! The Monarch is my fave, hilarious vilain. Necromancer is pretty funny too but Monarch takes the cake, him Dr Girlfriend and the Henchmen. And Brock! Brock can get it and he ain't my type.

New iPod!!!

I got my new iPod! It's a 30Gb, black and smaller than my old one. It has a color screen :) I think I can put pictures on it but I dont want to, waste of space. Now it's currently updating so tomorrow I can tune people out again :)

kfc has some curry fried chicken I'm thinking of trying, maybe tomorrow night when I'm coming home.

So, I call my usual taxi, got his voicemail and called base. Theyre telling me that voucher work(company jobs) has to be out through base BUT I can request a specific driver. And I'm like, how's that fair? It's the same thing except indirect. Look, I have like 2/3 drivers I normally call cuz when they say 5 minutes its 5 minutes. Plus when they drop me off, they don't leave till I get in and now I'm supposed to thro it out to random asses that say 5 minutes and come in like 15? So instead of calling my driver directly, I should go through the base, dumbness.

Passions back in the day was quite good. Hopefully now that JER is back full time he'll work on reclaiming that greatness but so far all he's doing is recycling old stuff with the new and old characters, not cute.

asses were doing work in the area and instead of giving us prior warning the bitches came fucked up AND THEN asked people to turn off their power. I was just opening my front door wen I heard funny noise in my house and a commotion outside. Asses were cut some tree or the next and it hit something and caused a surge. Burnt one of our surge protectors and my dsl modem adapter :( I'm just glad it wasnt my modem and my new cordless fone and MTA device are fine. SPeaking of which, I had a id10t moment wen redoing it tonight. I thought I had plugged it in the modem but it was the wrong cable didnt realize till after I called Customer Care. Everything is fine now. I have net and I can call usa, canada and uk so I'm good.

Got it! Netspeak is up and running, well, the cordless I bought for it wont finish charging till tomorrow but I can make and receive calls so I'm good :)

I couldn't receive calls at first they went straight to voicemail but it was because something called SIP was blocked on my modem. After spending years on C&W call, I finally got a nice fellow that gave me wrong instructions but I had the power of google and I prevailed! Special thanks to Crysta & Nuri for being my guinea pigs!

nope, I ain't advertising, but I just signed up for C&W's Netspeak, where I pay one low fee for unlimited calls to us, uk and canada with 3 way and voicemail and such. I pick up the thingy tomorrow, I also need to pick up a fone, I may just get a cheap cordless. SO now I'm on the hunt for landline numbers of friends and fam in us, uk and canada. I'm a call your asses then the newness is gonna wear off and I ain't gonna call ya in ages.

I did work on my resume and I did go back to the UN site. they did have a tech opening but I don't know French :( It was something in Africa, Congo to be exact. Now that I'm looking at my resume it needs a new look and some beefing up so it's time for me to get some certifications, more like PAST time. Gonna do as Warren says and start with some MS ones.

Yay me! I actually wrote today. Not IOU, sorry Crys but something else, a throwaway. Also, another project that was on hold is being ressurected :) Can't say what right now but I'm muy excited.

today was a good day in that it really motivated me to dust off my resume, not just say I'm gonna do it. I need a new job, maybe it will be the same shit or worst but I need to go. enough is enough.

the ride home on the 8A(yay! no 8A complaints tonite) some bus preacher, a young one, came on pimping his CDs. And he ofcourse previewed the CD in between his preaching/half assed sales pitch. I NEEDED my ipod then sooo bad.

First day without my ipod and it sucks. Went to the bank and this guy was cussing about some shit or the next and I couldn't tune his ass out with music. Than seriosly blows. I'm gonna go home and try a forced restart on my ipod and see what gives.

Hopefully all my files transfers are done, well the major stuff anyways. All I have to do now is copy over stuff like new music and gimp files and I should be able to bring my linux box back to work.

So I'll be up late tonight getting my drives back in shape.

I'm gonna switch out my sata drives to ide fuck this shit. I just need to find buyers.
